We offer Free Standard Shipping Australia Wide! This item is typically dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne on the same business day for orders placed before 1pm.

The shipment usually arrives within 3-5 business days for delivery to metropolitan and major regional area, for remote and rural area the delivery time may take longer. Please note it is the buyers' responsibility to provide the correct delivery address and mobile number on the checkout page before payment. PO boxes cannot receive items that are longer than 1 meter, in such case please provide us with an alternative delivery address such as workplace or any other physical address.

Returns for 30 Day Money Back

At GEMTEK we want our customers to purchase with confident. So every order you purchase from us, you are covered by our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, which means if you change your mind for whatever reason, we can offer a refund or exchange no question asked, we will also pay for the return shipping as well!

To be eligible for our “Change of Mind” return, please email us at using “Return request” within the subject field, then our customer service team will contact you with information regarding the return.

We can only offer refund or exchange ONLY IF your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags, labels.

We cannot offer refund or exchange if any item is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange covered by our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved for refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within two business days.

Please note it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the return item is delivered safely to our warehouse.

Return Shipping

To return your product, simply contact us via and we will send you an email with instructions of how to return your purchase orders.

For Dead on Arrival returns, GEMTEK Automotive Lighting will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. If you change your mind, the shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
