Warranty Period

We have confident in the quality of our products and we want you to have a peace of mind when you purchase from us. GEMTEK provides replacement warranty for all LED Light Bars against quality defects and major faults for 3 Year from the original ship date and 12 months for LED worklights, LED headlights and tail lights. 

Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage on the surface due to normal wear and tear.
  • Damage or faults caused by misuse, abuse, or usage in manner outside its intended purposes.
  • Damage or faults due to improper installation, eg connected to an AC power source or out side of its operating voltage.
  • Free accessories and harness that comes with the product.
  • Products that are tampered or opened.

 Warranty Claims

Before returning the item for warranty claims, please send us a request by email and provide us photos or video evidence showing the problem. After we approve your request, please return the item following the instructions we sent out, it is buyer's responsibility to ensure the item is securely packaged.

Once we fully inspect the faulty item, a report of outcome will be sent to the buyer. If we found the manufacturer is responsible for the faults, we will refund the postage and send out a replacement or provide full refund at buyer's discretion. If the fault is found caused by misue, abuse, or used in manner outside its intended purposes, we will retain the item until the return postage is paid by the buyer.
